Everest Basecamp Trek Extension
Rock Climbing Course on Dartmoor

This trek extension follows the Island Peak Expedition to the foot of their mountain in the remote mountain valley leading to the massive south face of Lhotse.

Spending a few days camping in comfortable tents at Island Peak Basecamp there is time to explore this quieter region, truly amongst the mountains.

Itinerary

The Expedition duration is 23 days which allows for an enjoyable, safe trek for all as well as a high success rate. We incorporate extra days into the itinerary to allow for bad weather and any acclimatization problems so as to ensure the best chances of summit success.

Support

It is led by Ben Bradford who has led many different High Altitude trips to Nepal , Tibet and Africa. We are supported on our trip by our Nepalese Sirdar, Porters and Climbing Sherpa's who we have used on previous expeditions to the Kumbu valley.

Training Weekend

Ben will run a training weekend in Devon during September to allow clients to meet other members of the team and review technical aspects of the expedition as well as answering all your questions.

Duration: 23 Days

Dates: November 1st - 23rd
